Shipping costs

The exact shipping costs depend on the recipient country and the goods ordered. They will be shown to you in the course of the order.

We use the following shipping methods:

  • Shipping inside Germany: DHL Parcel
  • EU Shipping: Deutsche Post 'Warenpost International EU' with tracking.
  • Non-EU shipping: Deutsche Post 'Warenpost International' with tracking.

Please note that deliveries to destination countries outside the EU may incur additional costs due to customs duties, taxes and fees in the recipient country. These costs must be borne by the recipient.

Notice: Due to the SARS-COV2 pandemic, deliveries to the USA and Canada as well as Australia and Asia are currently only possible by sea. This leads to delivery times of 30 to 60 days.
